To ensure good sleep and reliable data, there are a few things to do in the lead up to your study:

Maintain a normal and healthy sleep routine on the nights leading up to the study.

Avoid napping on the day of the study.

Limit caffeine consumption and avoid alcohol altogether.

You will place the sensors on your body as instructed, approximately 30 – 45 minutes before your usual bedtime. Take your medications as usual.

In order to get a good contact between the sensors and your skin, please shower, remove any makeup or nail polish and wash your hair. Do not apply moisturizers or oils to your skin.
